Abstract
Blepharophimosis, in this condition there is a triad of epicanthus, telecanthus and ptosis, is characterized by a diminution in both dimensions of the palpebral fissure. It has been known that it is transmitted as an autosmal dominant and carses many cosmetic and functional difficulties in patients.

Many authors have reported different surgical methods. In the cases not accompanying orbital hypertelorism, the principal surgical method is correction of medial canthal deformities at one operation and improving the action of the eyelids by levator sling technique at later operation.

We obtained acceptable results in the six caes of blepharophimosis without orbital hypertelorism in whom we accomplished Mustarde¡¯s rectangular flap technique and transnasal canthopexy to correct epicanthus and telecanthus and ptosis correction by frontalis sling technique or levator resection at one operation.

Authors report six cases of blepharophimosis with a brief review about it.
